The Halo Group Pty Ltd. is happy to accept refunds on any CD or band merchandise sale that is returned in a saleable condition with an accompanying proof of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept refunds on any ticket sales or digital (i.e. downloaded) products. Halo orders may be filled by artists or agents and in this case buyers name and address information would be passed onto the third party. The Halo Group Pty Ltd. will never sell or send your details to any third party other than the agent or band fulfilling your order.

The Halo Group Pty Ltd. does not take responsibility of the actions of any third party band or agent but seeks to ensure that trading agreements are only established with reputable trustworthy bands. If this is not your experience please let us know immediately and we will thoroughly investigate any complaint.
